Chicago Cubs

The cubs are not having a good year. They

have a good team though. Kerry Wood could

be the best pitcher later. He pitched good in his

first game in the majors after surgery. He also hit

a homer in his first at bat. Joe Girardi is back for

cubs and Jeff Reed will backup. Mark Grace is

at first and when he is injured Shane Andrews

could take his place. Earlier in the season Shane

was the leader in homeruns. If he plays first base

Willie Greene will take his place at third base. He

is also doing good at the plate. At 2nd and 3rd are

Eric Young and Ricky Gutierrez. They are the first

two in the lineup and are hitting very good. They

both have good speed too. Sammy Sosa is in right

field and should have a good year as always. He

is hitting more than just homers. He has a good

average too. Damon Buford is in center and hits

towards the back of the lineup. He hits good too.

Henry Rodriguez is as good as he was when he

young. He was injured and is much better. With

this team I don't know why they are not the best.
